Home Health Aide

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide essential in-home care to patients who need assistance with daily living activities. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers and ambulation
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain accurate records of services provided

Qualifications
Home Health Aide certification (state-approved program preferred)
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
Reliable transportation and punctuality
